About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, people-first communicators to introduce DocPP to prospective and existing customers. This is a casual, remote, commission-only opportunity ideal for self-starters comfortable with outreach, demos, and follow-ups.

Key Tasks

  • Contact our customers and prospects; clearly explain the value of DocPP.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and chat to progress interest to activation.
  • Provide support and answer questions; share accurate product information.
  • Help customers create demo accounts and ensure a smooth onboarding.
  • Run live online demos; highlight workflows and ROI.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Confidence speaking with customers and handling objections.
  • Reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet place to work.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, email, and video meeting software.
  • Nice to have: Prior telemarketing/inside sales experience (SaaS preferred).

Compensation

You earn a 10% recurring commission from each customer’s active plan for each month they remain, up to 24 months (2 years).

Available Plans (for commission examples)
  • 10,000 LKR / month → 10% = 1,000 LKR per active month per customer
  • 65,000 LKR / year → 10% = 6,500 LKR per active year per customer

Examples

Scenario Commission Notes
1 customer on 10,000 LKR/month 1,000 LKR per month Paid each month the customer remains (up to 24 months).
15 customers on 10,000 LKR/month 15,000 LKR per month If all remain 24 months, total would be 360,000 LKR over two years.
1 customer on 65,000 LKR/year 6,500 LKR for that year Renewal after 12 months yields another 6,500 LKR (if still active).
20 customers on 65,000 LKR/year 130,000 LKR in the first year Renewals generate the same in year two (if customers remain).

Important: Commissions are calculated on the customer’s paid plan value and are payable only while that customer remains active, capped at a maximum of 24 months per customer.
