Terms & Conditions – Introduction
WELCOME to HealthCare.LK. We hope you find it useful. By accessing or otherwise interacting with our servers, services, websites, or any associated content/postings (together, “HealthCare.LK”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“TOU”).
You acknowledge and agree HealthCare.LK is a registered company in Sri Lanka. If you are accessing or using HealthCare.LK on behalf of a business, that business agrees to the TOU. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use HealthCare.LK. We may modify the TOU at any time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use HealthCare.LK.
1) License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use HealthCare.LK in compliance with the TOU. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You agree not to frame, distribute, sell, or misuse content. You grant us perpetual rights to use and distribute content shared on our platform.
2) Use
Unless licensed by us in writing, you agree not to use automated tools (robots, crawlers, scripts) to collect or misuse content. Misleading or unlawful activities are prohibited. We may moderate, filter, or terminate your access at our discretion.
3) Liquidated Damages
You agree to be liable for damages if you misuse HealthCare.LK by collecting personal data, spamming, misrepresentation, or bypassing moderation. Repeated violations will entitle us to injunctive relief and monetary damages.
4) Fees
Payments must be made via Direct Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, or PayHere (with an additional 3.5% tax liability). All fees are non-refundable. Sampath Bank PLC, Account Name: HealthCare.LK (Pvt) Ltd.
5) Disclaimer & Liability
HealthCare.LK is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranties on completeness, security, or reliability. We disclaim all liability for losses or damages arising from use. Our liability will not exceed amounts paid in the preceding year.
6) Claims & Indemnity
All disputes will be governed by Sri Lankan law and settled in Colombo courts. You agree to indemnify HealthCare.LK from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform.
7) Trademarks
“HealthCare.LK” and its logo are registered trademarks under Sri Lankan Intellectual Property law.
8) Miscellaneous
This agreement is the exclusive and entire agreement between you and HealthCare.LK. If any clause is unenforceable, it will be limited to the least extent possible.

10) DocPP Terms & Conditions
DocPP is available in PREPAID & POSTPAID versions. Prices may change due to USD fluctuations. Clinical data is stored safely for 6 months after subscription expiration before permanent deletion.
